When U find a link to what EFFECTIVE Tax RATE that the top

1% of income pay in ALL Federal Income & Payroll Taxes vs those who make $100,000 - $200,000/yr. (UPPER MIDDLE Class in CA), U let me know. Actually I would call it UNfair if the top 1% pay an EFFECTIVE Tax RATE of ALL Federal Income & Payroll Taxes less than those who make between $500,000 & $900,000/yr.

In ANY case, those making more than $100 MILLION/yr. OUGHT to be paying a TAX RATE FOR ALL Federal Income & Payroll Taxes of 49% AFTER ALL LEGITIMATE DEDUCTIONS (INCLUDING STATE & LOCAL TAXES). That would still leave them $51 MILLION/YEAR; enough to buy ALL THE HOUSES & BOATS THEY COULD WANT, while ALL of the working poor are still STRUGGLING to pay rent & buy food & transportation, much less have ANY thing left over for retirement or medical care (if U CONS GET YOUR WAY & ROB THEM OF THEIR S.S.& MEDICARE) when they get too old to drag themselves to work!
