they are looking for ANY inroad to banning abortion altogether without realizing how damaging that would be globally, locally and personally. It is a crime against personal rights to use this type of "lawyer-up" tactics to propose an idea that obviously has another agenda -- of course most people haven't got a clue about intelligence any more.
