...throwing TWO plates and TWO forks and TWO glasses into their Industrial Size dishwasher justifies charging two or three bucks more for an entre'.

And, as I said, the effort of the waiter or waitress is accounted for by the tip.

Where do you live? I'm in Virginia and I've never heard of an extra charge for sharing an entre'.

                    Two people take up twice as much space as one. I hardly ever go to restaurants, so I don't know what they do.
