However, a fallacy in argument does leave the assertion unproven. It may be true, but a fallacious argument fails to demonstrate that. I repeat (for the umpteenth time): there is no default true/false state for the truth value of a proposition. In the absence of conclusive resolution of that truth state, the only valid default is "undetermined."

Don't try to play "gotcha" games with me over logic and philosophy: you don't stand a chance.
