Rules of Science and Law are VERY DIFFERENT.

"res ipsa loquitur" is NOT valid in criminal cases, only civil cases with their much looser standards of proof.

I am suggestion that it should be applied in some criminal cases, but I know that it is not.

My position that when laws are violated by corporations to a huge degree, involving hundreds or millions or billions of dollars, (as in the Mortgage Scandal), the entire chain of executives should be considered criminally responsible whether they knew about the violations or not. But that is certainly not the Law at present time.

It could never conceivably applied in the Court of Science.
