You're so dead set against anecdotal evidence when it runs counter to a position you hold, but when the shoe is on the other foot, you shed all your inhibitions and run, intellectually naked, into the arms of bad logic.

Anyone can make a claim.

Nothing I can find on the situation in Sweden has to do with crime statistics being wrong, but rather with communications from the police to media involving several specific incidents. There is no cover up or underreporting of crimes in terms of statistics. In several situations (and they may have actually been one collection of related incidents), the police did not report the details correctly to the media.

That doesn't impact crime statistics.

Nor does it indicate a conspiracy to underreport.

I can read, and I have been reading up on the issue.
