I have long disagreed with the concept that for one to be

wrong another must be right.

That if a cop broke the law to get the evidence, the defendant must be innocent.

To me there is absolutely nothing wrong with BOTH being wrong.

If a cop breaks into a home without a warrant and finds cocaine, arrest and convict the owner of the cocaine on narcotics charges. AND arrest and convict the officer on breaking and entering charges.

ALL guilty parties go to jail and there is NO acceptance of the means used to gather the evidence because the cop is in jail ALSO.
