NOBODY would even QUESTION if the one in the second picture uses the men's room...

It is ONLY if someone who LOOKS like the one in the 2nd picture wants to use the WOMENS room because of his/her IDENTITY...

No, the law would not, because it COULD not, force the person in the 2nd picture to use the women's room...

It is ONLY IF a person who looks like the 2nd picture tries to use the WOMENS room that the law is ever applied.
