Mondo Fuego™

It is just the foolishness of people that need to be constantly entertained by someone else, that need to see and be seen all the time as though the world revolves around themselves.

I can enjoy myself anywhere doing most anything. I can create my own adventures without from mommy and daddy, their help or their money.

I certainly would not have wasted that amount of money, for that shows little respect for money itself which can be a great tool to accomplish things if one can just see it that way as a tool.

No misfortune is being poor, hungry, crippled, homeless, deathly ill, caught in a war zone, beaten, raped, or losing something of great personal value to you in your life. Losing money out of foolishness is not misfortune, if you have plenty more to take its place.

All that they suffered was a bit of discomfort and disappointment. It is hardly something that is going to mess with the rest of their lives as misfortune can do.

Had I had been there, I would have just gotten myself to one of the other islands in the Bahamas and had a great time. Remember most of these people came with a good supply of spending money. If worse came to worse, most of them could have wired home for some more money.

My questions was why were they acting like helpless victims?

Then, why worry about it? Maybe these people didn't "waste" money. Maybe the money they pissed away went to benefit others. Who knows?
