explained it. The question is whether the SCOTUS will follow law or not. It appears now it will. Getting an order to perform a service is not easy under any circumstances but AGAIN, you have two rights: right to obtain service and freedom of religion. The Freedom of Religion trumps right to service UNLESS one is in a protected class, like African Americans or handicapped people.

Groups become protected class by STATUTE. IN this case there is no federal statute and there are other bakeries where cakes can be bought. This is not a tough case. The couple could easily buy a cake in another bakery but they wanted to force their will and the law on the bakery.
