Take the following, "#9" on the "These 9 Nonprofit Executives Made Over $1-Million" list shown on your second-linked article.

#9. Kenneth L. Davis, President and CEO
Nonprofit: Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai
Compensation: $1,599,911
% of Expenses: 0.1%
2012 Revenue: $1.57 billion
2012 Expenses: $1.49 billion
Located in New York City, the Icahn School of Medicine is a leader in medical and scientific training and education, biomedical research and patient care.

Clearly, this does show that the CEO makes big bucks, but how does an illustration of a CEO making 0.1% of total expenses demonstrate that "the BIG charities are little more than money funnels into the pockets of the officers"?
