I don't think diversity is a bad word.

I just think it's like so many words that are used wrong.
Forced diversity is like forced marriage; there is little
chance of success. When things happen naturally and perhaps
gradually it gives everyone breathing space to make whatever
adjustments are needed.

But when you force thousands of people of a culture at total
odds with the one they are 'sent' to, it is guaranteed to
fail.

Given that, one has to ask which of these two things is true
about our decision makers in such matters?

Are they just so stupid they don't understand such a basic
principle?, or

Are they deliberately trying not just to change our culture,
but to eliminate it entirely, actually believing they
can make something new and different that will be better
with no basis for credibility, no foundation for a rational
belief that this could happen, and no understanding that
what we have, problematic as it has been, is still the best
the world has ever seen when it comes to freedom? In the
process they have bastardized the word freedom to mean license.

Doomed to fail is a given in either case.
