No. Just saying that the presence of limu Inurta-nadin-apli (in the Mannu-ki-Adad archive - which as I understand was not found in a Level 3 context) can not be used to date Level 3 to Aššur-reša-iši. However there are maybe other reasons for dating Level 3 to his reign.
