Toby, the Assyrian chronology demonstrates the inadequacies of Rohl's Egyptian chronology. It was proven decades ago.

That's irrelevant.
(i.e. the Assyrian/Egyptian synchronisms)

Why?

Rohl is not arguing against the synchronisms between Assyria and Egypt. Nor is he arguing for or against the few synchronisms between Assyria and Israel. Rather, he is arguing against the so-called synchronisms between Israel and Egypt.... and this limited to the time period between the Exodus and the conquest.
