        Hi Peggy, Yes, "she" is a "he" and often mistaken for a "she" because he is so beautiful and his mom likes his hair long! LOL Thanks so much!

        Only his hair was curly also - which made him look even MORE like a girl! Even had people say, "Collin is a strange name for a girl!" Anyway - HIS eyes are gorgeous!
