Hi Joyce,

I do OFA finals on all of my dogs, at minimum. I am open to, and see value in, P/H but have not done it so far.

I have seen HUGE discrepancies between Dr. Wallace and OFA ratings on both prelims and finals. That's all I can speak to so far. Although all of my dogs are OFA certified, they have undergone a range of preliminary testing - Wallace, BVA, and OFA.

I now do OFA prelims at 1 year and OFA finals at 2 years.

    Do you not think that Pennhip offers the same sort of information? More detailed info on each hip, etc? I am just trying to understand the difference in BVA and Pennhip in that regard. Thanks!
