I have had a Wallace Good at 10 months go to OFA Mild HD at just over 2 years (with subluxation only checked off). Dr. Wallace rated the OFA final x-rays as "Fair." I neutered without doing PennHip because the OFA report of Mild HD was too much, in and of itself. Personally, I would neuter any dog that gets an OFA report of Mild HD or even Borderline. If you have a PennHip of 70% and get OFA Fair, then you have a tough decision to make. But your program has been around longer than mine so you are probably in a better position to judge. I wasn't willing to take any chances. I hope it works out.
