I have had no choice. All of the puppies I've shipped have gone to the East coast, and Continental's Cargo area in Billings, MT doesn't open until 8 am, with the flights leaving at 6 am. We only have two choices which accept cargo and fly nationally out of Billings--Continental and Delta. The only problem we've had with Delta is with the Atlanta airport, when one of our pups didn't make a connecting flight there and Delta didn't call me or the new family, so the family ended up at their airport waiting for the puppy 2.5 hours before the puppy finally arrived. I am still upset neither of us received a call, but all puppies have arrived healthy.

      problems with them at all. I've used American but the process and paperwork they put you through is hardly worth the money you save using them. They are cheaper though.

      Delta is the only carrier that I will use. I have tried various other airlines and I always go back to Delta. They are by far the best ones I have ever tried.

      I have used them for 8 years now and not one issue. They now use heated/cooled Vans to and from the planes. A local breeder friend of mine also uses them exclusively.
