Good day! I am a marriage and family therapist in the Denver area. I work with families, couples, individuals and children dealing with a range of issues including divorce, grief and loss, trauma, parenting issues, etc. I have been looking for a goldendoodle for some time to be a therapy dog in my practice. I have seen miracles in therapy between dogs and clients! I am looking for either a proven goldendoodle therapy line or an older (prefer but not limited to 18mos or younger)dog with the proper temperament and/or training. I have found proven labradoodle lines but I prefer a goldendoodle at this time. I am also aware that some breeders donate puppies for the type of service I want to provide. I am willing to travel out of state if the situation fits. I would appreciate any information you may have that would help me find the right dog.
