I am a former member and I'll be in London next Tuesday 28th. I wondered if there is any middle distance training at the track, that I can join? My programme has 14x200 with a minute recovery in 31secs. However, I'm happy to do anything from 200 reps to 1k reps and join a group.
For those that remember me, I'm now a ripe old 45 years of age. This year I have run 2:03 for 800 and 4:20 for 1500.
