Tina is doing just great here. She is very self confident and smart. She knows when to hide from Gracie but doesn't stay hidden long. There are too many neat places to explore and too much stuff to do. I think once she is full grown she might be the dominant cat. At least she will be big enough to hold her own in any confrontation. Gracie is not an aggressive cat and only fought with George if he went too far. She was quite submissive with him so I am surprised at her hissing and growling but I guess it is normal territorial behavior. Right now we are hoping for peaceful coexistence which we have most of the time. One of the best things about Tina is that she is 100% healthy.

Monday I had a call from one of George's vets (it was where he went for his heart echos and where I got his meds and Rx food). I had told them about his passing so they would not keep ordering his meds and they could update his record. Anyway the phone call was about another client of theirs who needs a home for her 3 year old male Bengal. The client is moving to Hawaii and pet Bengals are illegal there! Had we not just taken Tina we might have considered it. Although I think we prefer a nice healthy DSH at this point in our lives. It was nice that they thought of us.

Things are going pretty well all in all. We will always miss George. He was one of a kind and we were lucky to know him and have him as long as we did.
