fuel pump

If the pump doesn't click (pump) it is an electrical problem. Recheck all connections. The pump doesn't need to be under a load to pump. If all connections look good, and it still doesn't work, put a test light on the the hot wire. If it lights, recheck the ground wire at both ends. If the wiring is good. Pull the pump (sorry) and wire it direct with alligator clips to a battery. If it runs you missed the wiring problem in the car. If it doesn't box it up and return to Moss. Good luck
