Hey, we had a great showing to the first run of the summer! Thanks to Mark and Vince for making the trip out! We are looking forward to seeing lots of you at our runs! Come out and run and have fun! Train now so that you'll be ready for Running Camp which is coming Quickly! If you intend to be competitive this season at a Varsity Level, it is crucial to run consistently starting now. See you guys tomorrow Morning (Bright and Early!) 8a @CP. Bring an idea for a game or a frisbee!
