Hey everyone!
We've had a great showing this WHOLE week. So if you haven't made it out yet, you're missing the fun (and great training!)!! Tomorrow is Friday, and we're going to meet at CPHS @8/820a to drive to Tilden Park! Fridays are always the most fun to run, because everytime is different. Who knows, you might even see some Campolindo runners out there. Either way, it's time to "git yo game on"! It doesn't matter if you're swimming or Rock Climbing, you should definitely make time to come out (especially tomorrow).

In other news, I have a slight adjustment to Tuesdays and Wednesdays perpetually dynamic schedule. On Tuesdays, we will meet at Fleet Feet in downtown Pleasant Hill @615. Wednesdays, we'll have game day at CPHS @8/815a.

If you came out last time, you know how epic is was between the teams "Doug and Friends" and "Not Doug and Friends"! Well, next week will be different; it'll be WAY better!!! So come on out and join the fun, get fit, and meet the crew! This season is going to the best in years, guaranteed!
