Hello everyone!
I hope your week was great! Running Camp was incredible!! Fun was had, limits were tested. If you weren't there, you definitely missed out!

If you haven't been running; come on out to the summer runs! Practice starts in two weeks, and nothing gets you into gear as well as running with a group of like-minded, soon-to-be teammates!

Until then, here's the schedule:

Mondays - 8am - Meet at CP, drive to Briones (Alhambra/Realize Valley Enterances)

Tuesdays - 630p - Meet at Fleet Feet in Downtown Pleasant Hill
(This one is run by someone else, but it's quite fun to run with runners from all over the place.)

Wednesday - 8am - Meet at CP, easy run, Fun and Games day

Thursday - 8am - Meet at Hidden Valley Park (Center Ave. side)

Friday - 8am - Meet at CP, drive to Park Run (Castle Rock, Tilden Park, Redwood Park, etc!)

Saturday - 8:30am - Meet at Fleet Feet in Pleasant Hill
