I GOT TWO RESULTS - ONE A MAJOR GENERAL WILLIAM DONOVAN
WHO WAS APPOINTED IN 1940 AS ROOSEVELDT'S "EMISSARY AND
INFORMATION GATHERER" AROUND EUROPEAN COUNTRIES. DOESN'T
MENTION YUGOSLAVIA SPECIFICALLY, BUT THIS CHAP WOULD
BE IN THE RIGHT AREA AT THE RIGHT TIME.
THE OTHER GENERAL DONOVAN OPERATED B-17's OUT OF NORTH
AFRICA AND COULDN'T HAVE BEEN IN THE RIGHT PLACES AT THE
RIGHT TIMES.
