One way to get a little privacy is to buy a URL and someone to host it. My 2lbgil.com cost me $14/yr. the hosting is $8.99/mo. You can have a ton of Email addresses on it. I have mine at GoDaddy and theu are super to work with and will walk you thru everything.
Example
Hawghaulr.com and hawg@hawghaulr.com

You could split the cost with friends or relatives each with their own Email address.
