Grams Death

Penelope's POV

I was in the attic, I had just finished talking with my daughter Patricia, and now I was walking out of the attic. Leaving I lock the door attic behind so that my granddaughters wouldn't get in there. I took the potion that I had in my hands and I drank it. I then start towards the stairs, but stop a few feet away from the first step.

I started to hurt.

Pain, lots of pain.

I couldn't hold any longer.

All I could do was scream out loud.

“Ahhhh!" I drop the empty bottle from my hand and it smashes to the ground, I start tumbling down the stairs to the bottom, everything goes black for me.

Phoebe's POV

I hear a scream come from Grams, then a second later yelling from my older sister Piper. I quickly got up from my bed that I was lying on and I run out of my room and down the hallway towards were Piper had yelled, getting closer I see that my Grams was lying on the ground at the bottom of the stairs, which lead up to attic. Grams wasn't moving. Piper was kneeling on the ground next to Grams.

My heart starts beating faster.

I hear footsteps running behind me, it was my other older sister Prue. She ran past me and she bends down on the other side of Grams.

”Grams? Grams?" I hear Prue say. I see that Piper is starting to cry.

"All go call 911." I said to sisters. I turn around and start running down the hallway and towards the nearest phone.

Narrator POV

The ambulance had come and took Grams. She was taken to the hospital, but there was nothing that could be done Grams had died an hour after she had been taken in. Prue, Piper, and Phoebe were devastated. The sister had left the hospital an hour later after their Grams had died. Grams body was taken to the mortuary, to be keep until the funeral.

Two Day's Later

Phoebe’s POV

I was in my bedroom getting ready to go to Gram's funeral. I couldn't believe Grams was gone, I would never see her ever again. I keep thinking for the past two days that she was gone that if I could of keep it from happening.

I had always given my Grams a hard time. I have been getting into trouble, acting up to Grams. I have been stealing this. What if I had not done any of it, would it turn out differently. Would Grams be alive. I didn't know.

"Phoebe! Get down here where leaving now!" I hear Prue yell from downstairs.

"I'm coming!" I yelled back. I left my bedroom and headed downstairs, I know this was not the time to disobey my older sister, like I always do. Reaching the bottom I see Prue and Piper waiting at the front door. I walk over to them.

"Here take this, it cold outside." Prue said to me. Prue handed me a jacket and I took it from her.

"Thank." I replied.

"Alright then let’s get going." Prue said. She opens the door and we all walk out. Prue and me stop and wait for Piper lock the manor. We then head towards Prue's car, and we get in.

Hour Later

I cried as I watch the casket be lowered into the ground. Prue was on one side of me, and Piper on the other, they both have an arm around me.

Grams was gone

Really gone

After the casket was lowered, one at a time we would grab a shovel and scoop up some dirt that was beside the whole that the casket was in and we would each throw some into the whole.

After doing that people would come up to us and give use there condolence then they would leave. Every one that know Grams was there, even people that we wouldn't know.

Later That Day

I was in my bedroom and I was putting my clothes into my backpack. I was leaving San Francisco. I hadn't told my sister yet, but I was going to. After finishing I headed downstairs with my backpack over my shoulders. Getting downstairs I go over to the couch and sit down, I lye my backpack on the ground next to me.

"I'd still like to know what she was doing up there." I hear Piper say. I turn my head to see Prue and Piper come down the stairs.

"Up where?" I asked cutting into the conversation.

"Piper thinks that Grams was up in the attic before she died." Prue said looking at me.

Grams in the attic before she died

That could not be right, I thought to myself.

"That's not possible. She always told us that the attic was sealed off." I told her.

"Yeah, well, then what was she doing coming down the stairs?" Piper says.

"Um, I think the more important question is what are we doing?" I said switching the conversation elsewhere.

"What do you mean?" Prue asked me.

"I mean, precisely what Grams was always concerned about. Our future. The only reason we're all still here together is because of her and now, Prue, you've already got one foot out the door, and Piper, I know you don't want to bunk with me any longer than you have to, so let's just face it, she was the glue."

"Why don't we talk about this over dinner. I'll make one of Grams' favorite meals. She always liked the idea of me being in the kitchen." Piper said.

"Uh, actually, I'm sort of supposed to spend the night with Roger." Prue replied to Piper.

"What about you, Phoebe? Table for two?" Piper asked me.

"Uh, actually, I was thinking about getting out of here."

"Are you going out?" Piper asked.

"No. Going away. I, um, I'm not sure what my future holds but I do know it's not in San Francisco." I said I get up from the couch and pick up my bag that is next to me.

"Phoebe, you don't have to?" Prue says.

"It's okay. We all know that the only thing that I contribute to this threesome is trouble, so? I'm going to go and see what New York thinks of me. Whatever my destiny may be, I might find it there."

"Phoebe, what about school?" Piper asked.

"Well, school will still be there if I come back. Grams always said that we all had a purpose. Maybe we'll have an easier time finding it on our own." Say that I walk out the manor.
