There were copies of Colin's manuscript in the Nova Scotia Archives, St. Francis Xavier University Library and the Beaton Institute in Sydney. It has been very valuable as a research tool to many of us over the years.
As far as I know, it was never published in book form. I'm sure you could get a copy (for printing costs) from any of the institutions mentioned above.
