Again, I can't help you on specifics. The territorial basis of the wider Campbell feud is covered very well in Fr. Charles' Chapter 5, so you'll see that "across the loch" has some relevance.


Since you are in Queensland, a key informant is Grahame MacDonald at Buderim. He has been researching Moidart from Australia for over 50 years. For instance, he supplied some of the manuscript sources for Dr. Michael Murray's 2007 Ph.D. referred to in my post above, and has been a significant help to researchers on this site also.
