Palm Wax Tarts

Sorry to see it go; I've really enjoyed all the input, but I'll continue to follow you on Facebook. I do have a question, though. Does anyone make palm wax tarts? I've been making them for a while, and they are GREAT as far as scent throw and the brilliant colors, but I'm wondering why they don't melt all the way in my tart burners. They leave a solid border around the bowl, so I don't know if the melt point for palm wax is too high for tarts, or if maybe the bulb isn't hot enough. I've only made palm wax tarts; do you think soy would be better? (I make soy candles.) Thanks for any suggestions.
