four or five years ago there was similar talk that a remake of THE WILD BUNCH was in the pipeline. If I remember correctly, it was going to be a present day version, not one taking place in the old west. It, like so many of these planned remakes, just seemed to fade away and disappear.
I can't remember if possible cast members were mentioned at the time.
