You state that Siringo "describes a 'noted desperado' supposedly killed in the U.S., living in Old Mexico with a Mexican señorita and having lots of little dark-haired kids scurrying around."

So how do you reconcile Siringo's statement with the fact that William A. Brosius married Ann Eubank in 1883, was married for many years, and lived and raised his children in Texas?

        He wouldn’t be the first trail driver to have different wives at different ends of the trail. How do we know he married the senorita? Notice though that Siringo doesn’t identify the person by name.
