personal favorite of mine... So, I'm delighted to hear that not only did you get to meet him, but to speak with him as well, AND that you came away from it thinking him to be a "nice guy"... Speaks volumes for a famous person to have the "lowest peons"** around consider him to be a "nice person" with all the potential opportunities for him to be anything BUT-- and that so many full-of-themselves, ultra famous folks unfortunately often indulge in and take advantage of...

Truly, I am glad to hear it!! So much better than hearing all the other kinds of "gossip" often told about celebrities... It must be difficult to be a celebrity living in a "goldfish bowl" of voyeurs all ready to pounce on them for not living up to imagined standards and to have to deal with so many phonies and hangers-on who like them only for their fame & money... But, on the flip side--- the upside of it is pretty nice and not so tough to take... LOL


**( figuratively speaking strictly in keeping with the CONTEXT of the situation-- I don't consider famous people to be any BETTER than anyone else...)
