Just as the folks so strongly advocating the removal of post-civil war monuments might reasonably object to the removal of OTHER monuments not related to that conflict, why would it be UNreasonable for those advocating the protection of post-civil war monuments might NOT feel so strongly about other monuments?

Or is it expected that if you want one monument removed (particularly one of Robert E Lee or some other civil war confederate character) you MUST therefore want ALL monuments removed regardless of what it covers?

Do you consider EVERY monument in the nation equally important? Including those honoring Confederate figures?

If not, why must those who objected to the removal be obligated to be that way?
