Keep in mind, it's the GOVERNMENT suggesting he be fired for expressing his OPINION, not the general population exercising its right to an opinion that the man's employer interprets as a "Threat to their bottom line". There's an enormous difference between the two. One is fascism where the government demands/suggests punishment for the man's exercise of protected free speech. The other is "just business" where one's right to express their opinion happens to conflict with the values of their employer, who is free to terminate their employment.
