Let him keep his nukes. Bring NK into the 21st century. China did join the world. The reality is this nation failed to resolve the situation long ago. There was a war. Still no peace treaty. And I suspect the NK has seen the mess in the ME and has no intention of letting that happen to them. We do not want to look back on this as a missed opportunity to avoid a major conflagration. One 150 kiloton nuke on Seoul would destroy 51,000,000 lives in the south. Such a nightmare would likely draw in China and Russia. It could go beyond into a global disaster. Negotiate.
