Don't blame the killing of unarmed black people

at a disproportionate rate on crime rates. Has nothing to do with the crime rate when no crime has been committed. It's about cops being trained to be fearful and have an attitude that they are not just representatives of the law, but have the authority to do as they please - to place themselves above the law.

Nothing scarier than a fearful authoritarian with a gun, unless it's a court system that won't convict them of anything.
