Obviously their spirits collaborated to bring us Donald the Menace.

Implementation of any neuroscience intervention, be is surgical, chemical or genetic therapy first requires identification of proclivity or tendency from some action already committed and observed. Otherwise even the best science has no more than a 50/50 chance of success. Society demands near 20/20 vision, which in foresight just isn't possible. Especially with the number of individual variables unique to each and every living person, with no two alike. What separates the one who murders from the other who only thinks about it isn't a little thing. Furthermore from time to time we all think about somebody we want to kill. Might be just a fraction of a second of thought- but it's there. Does a chemical suppress it? A chemical behavior? A behavioral chemical? Hell, it might function in the subquark level for all we know.

Guess it returns to the only thing we really can do, and that is be smart and defensive, each of us taking care of ourselves.
