And won't try. But you do agree Vernon Howell failed to obtain a federal permit ($500) in order to be "legal" with a "bump stock" device that was available in 1993? That was a big part of the story. He invited ATF to come down to WACO, visit the Branch Davidian Church property AND inspect his business inventory. ATF did not accept the invitation. Now granted, there were no cell phone cameras with video and audio to create the facts. Nonetheless, that is what the MSM did report....factual or not.
