Men close to the president

looked for and found evidence to support their (his) agenda, rather than gathering evidence and intelligence and then forming a policy. Material they came across not in support of Saddam possession of WMD was ignored. They had to be right, and took the risk confirming supportive evidence would be found. Review of all intelligence and evidence they had prior to invasion of Iraq made Saddam possession of WMD inconclusive. Certainly not enough to support invasion and occupation.

After the fact, Pelosi tabled it. Said by agreement (best for country) no investigation would be pursued. That was the event that forever made me dismiss Pelosi. That was the most serious and costly mistake the W administration did, and it was based on lies.

I am not a conspiracy theorist. I believe my eyes when there is measurable science for support. For example, for a long time I had questions about the World Trade Center Building 7 collapse. All the footage that showed sudden drop into its own footprint with minimal superficial damage to smaller buildings on each side of it suggested a controlled collapse. But one photograph proved to me it was not a controlled demolition. Just one, and it was a rather obscure photograph. It showed after the fact, Building 7 fell in a northwest direction, and smaller buildings to its NW had piles of its debris on their ledges and roofs. That was impossible to see in the video collapse.

I meticulously examined video footage and did calculations that showed about six to seven seconds of Building 7 roofline freefall, proving at terminal velocity, no obstruction from resistant structure below. But the video angle was parallel to building drift, and one cannot see the drift. It appears to fall into it's own footprint. It doesn't. Not even close.

For things like that- weather manipulation for example, I must see actual evidence. I am skeptical and slow to persuade or convince. I don't read and put much faith in "reports." Nor in persuasive or manipulative data.
