With a single scholarly article, Lina Khan, 29, has reframed decades of monopoly law.

Lina Kahn, born in London to Pakistani parents who emigrated to the US when she was 11, makes a case for why Amazon, Google, Twitter, Facebook et al are beloved by their customers for the unsurpassed choice of products and services, quality, price, delivery and service they provide but are nevertheless harmful in many different ways because of monopolistic adverse side-effects, though they do not meet the current legal definition of a monopoly.

Kahn makes her case based upon her in depth study of US monopoly laws past and present, not on any animus she may feel toward Bezos or Zuckerberg.

A longish read for some, but that is the price of being knowledgeable. ;-)
