    There was a light rain this morning at 7:40 when I got to the polling place. It took me 11 minutes, from when I got out of my car, to when I got back in. I was the 189th person to vote.

      Sitting in my dining room with a cup of coffee and the Voters Information Pamphlet...I sure love our 100% vote-by-mail elections here in Oregon. ;)
