What is a leader?

A leader is someone who leads by example.

If you want honest, hardworking people to work for you... you need to be honest and hardworking yourself.

If you want others to be fair to you, you need to be fair to them.

If you want to be respected, you need to respect others.

If you want others to respect and obey the laws, you need to respect and obey the laws yourself.

If you want others to tell you the truth, you need to tell the truth....

Maybe that is where it all breaks down. Too many do not seem to care about truth, honesty, fairness or respect for the rule of law anymore. It's more of a "I want or have mine... the heck with you" kind of mentality these days. The golden rule has gone out the window, even among so-called Christians.

Donald Trump is no leader. At least not a moral one.
