Most everyone is a leader and a follower....

The question is, what do you want to follow or have others follow?

If your example or desire is lying, immoral or illegal activity and decisions... others who are like-minded will no doubt follow, regardless of your "charisma".

I'd rather have leaders who bring out the best in people, not the worst.
