I hope by now everyone accepts that Maduro is an incompetent dictator, but what do you think of this Guaido? He's got a new plan for the country, sound reasonable?

Sure Trump wants regime change, but don't let that blind you to the problems Maduro has created. Personally I think the new guy's got possibilities.
