The argument isn't that the order of impeachment-indictment isn't "spelled out specifically" in the Constitution.

The argument is that indictment isn't mentioned AT ALL.

Only impeachment is.

So on the one side you have people who can quote what the Constitution actually says - impeachment - and what Alexander Hamilton actually said,
twice -- impeachment followed by common law processes.

On the other side you have people who think that the Constitution should have spelled out what could NOT happen, instead of what COULD happen.
And whose only position is that if it isn't PROHIBITED in the Constitution, then anything goes. And that the Federalist Papers aren't law, even
though they have been used numerous times in interpreting the intent of the Constitution.
