I would love a Labradoodle, older than the puppy stage. I live with a chronic illness and am mostly a shut in, but get out a little in the morning. I have a prescription from the doctor to get a therapy or a service dog. But am unable to pay a lot of money. Was acquainted with the Labradoodle a few months ago and fell in love with the breed. My husband works but would love to take him or her for walks every day. I am in my 60's and my health is not great but my husband is very healthy. I am visiting the Phoenix area for a few more days and would love to take a dog home to Calif. with me.

You can contact most organizations via email or telephone and ask what their policy is. Each one is different. Some breed their own dogs and others rescue dogs...still others welcome donations.... more
