I don't know how may times I have found dead cows during the winter months that had been dead for up to 5 weeks and they were no where near skeletonization, in some cases they were very blooted but at least from the outside apperance there were no maggots. So I do think it possible she was dead for 3 weeks.

So how is all of the other evidence explained away?

        From what I have read the fibers were a match, he was not in prison when she was murdered or dumped. Just depends on who you want to beleive I guess.

        I think she has a willful ignorance...chooses stick her fingers and ear & shout "innocent! innocent! innocent!!" They're ALL innocent of whatever crime they were all convicted of...in her world.

        no half the appeals are denied even before they get ro court these inmates are denied DNA testing and all sorts why deny them this if the state is 100% sure of there guilt?
