New execution date set for death row inmate

A new execution date has been set for a death row inmate charged in the murder of a Texas Tech student and convicted of killing another woman.

A Tarrant County district judge rules Cleve Foster will face lethal injection on April 5th for the 2002 rape and murder ofMary Pal in Fort Worth.

Foster was also charged, but never tried for the death of 22-year-old Lubbock native Rachel Urnosky. Her body was found in her Fort Worth apartment two months before Pal's murder.

Investigators say a murder weapon linked the crimes.

Foster's scheduled January 18th execution was halted hours before it was to be carried out. A week later, the U S Supreme Court rejected Foster's appeal.
